When you have measured your fixed frame wheelchair and you are ready to

place an order email the measurements and your details to:

• Address (no post office boxes)

• Phone number

• Email address

• Measurements (as above)

• Brand of fixed frame wheelchair & a photo

An invoice will be forward to yourself or your NDIS plan manager. The invoice requires payment prior to delivery.
